Bettriella is not me — but it could not exist without my story.

For more than a decade I have built my career in the premium automotive industry — as an industrial engineer in production, a regional manager, in procurement, and most recently leading customer experience. Along the way I earned my MBA, learned how world-class organisations really work, and discovered what it takes for a woman to hold her own in demanding rooms.

I achieved everything I was told to want — and realised no one teaches you how to enjoy it.

Bettriella was born in that realisation. It is a house for the woman who is building — her career, her home, her wellbeing, her life — and who refuses to believe those ambitions must compete. Everything the house creates, from beauty to home to community, exists to answer one question: does this help ambitious women pursue success without losing themselves?

Betty is the founder of Bettriella. The house is designed to become bigger than its founder — built on substance, made to last.
